BANGKOK – Tickets to see the Justin Bieber Justice World Tour in Bangkok 2022 went on sale at 10am on Friday. The organiser revealed that tickets were sold out by 3.30pm.

Fans queued at ThaiTicketMajor outlets as well as jamming its website and that of concert organiser Live Nation. Some bragged they had managed to buy a ticket but most were left disappointed after failing to secure a precious seat for Bieber’s first world tour since 2017.

There were also complaints from the Canadian star’s die-hard fans, known as Beliebers, that scalpers had bought up tickets to resell at a profit.

One Twitter user boasted that they had sold two tickets with a face value of 2,500 baht for 6,500 baht each.

Live Nation got in touch with the reseller on Twitter to warn that tickets for the concert were assets of the organiser and could not be transferred, resold for profit, or used for commercial gain. Live Nation said it reserved the right to cancel tickets with no advance warning or refund.

However, the warning failed to stop tickets being offered for purchase at resale website viagogo.

The highest price paid on viagogo at press time was for an AL4 zone ticket, which fetched 1,622,283 baht.

The Justin Bieber Justice World Tour in Bangkok 2022 will kick off at Rajamangala Stadium on November 6.

Bieber will also be landing in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo as part of a world tour that spans more than 100 dates across five continents in 2022-23.
