MANILA – Nineteen-year-old racing driver Bianca Bustamante will make her ROKiT F4 British Championship debut this weekend at Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands on July 13 and 14, 2024. The Filipino teen racing talent joins the Hitech Grand Prix who sits as championship leaders in the junior motorsport divisions.
This marks Bustamante’s first foray into the highly competitive series, with Zandvoort’s challenging layout promising to test her skills against both male and female international racers.
Bustamante will be driving a car familiar to her, the Tatuus F4-T-421. The historic track, Circuit Zandvoort, is situated near the North Sea coast and spans 4.259 kilometers (2.646 miles) with a total of 14 turns that mix both high-speed stretches and tight, technical corners such as the sequence of S-bends from turns 11 to 14.

The participation of the McLaren development driver will help in her preparations for her upcoming fourth round in the F1 Academy this August.
Bustamante expressed her enthusiasm: “I’m looking forward to racing in the ROKiT F4 British Championship for the first time!… As always, qualifying will be a key component to a successful race weekend so I will work hard in the practice sessions to get acquainted with both my team and the car.”
