The disagreement over Myanmar emerged following Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen’s visit to Naypyidaw early this year.
Hun Sen reiterated that his visit to Myanmar was to press for a prolonged ceasefire in the country and the equitable distribution of aid.
Foreign minister Prak Sokhonn said that restoring Asean would require sorting out Myanmar’s issues with representation at its meetings.
