Russia says deals with ‘unfriendly’ countries, such as US and Singapore, will require approval

The government said it had approved a list of countries and territories taking "unfriendly actions" against Russia.

Beijing has repeatedly said it would play a "constructive role in calling for negotiations" to resolve the crisis.
