Foreign firms bullish on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region saw its gross domestic product grow 90 per cent to 10.4 trillion yuan in 2023 compared to the level in 2013.

BEIJING – Foreign companies are optimistic about the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and would like to continue to further develop their business in the Chinese market.

Many foreign enterprises believe that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has contributed China’s experience to the world in the construction of world-class city clusters and regional high-quality development in the past decade.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the elevation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development into a national strategy.

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region saw its gross domestic product (GDP) grow 90 percent to 10.4 trillion yuan ($1.46 trillion) in 2023 compared to the level in 2013.
