Mongolia records 5.5% inflation rate in July

ULAANBAATAR – According to the report from the National Statistics Committee, the price of consumer goods and services in July 2024 increased by 5.5% from the same period last year, 4.4% from the end of the previous year, and 0.1% from the previous month.

The inflation impacted by the price of imported goods other than gasoline and fuel by 1.9 units (35.4%) and the price of domestic goods except meat and solid fuel by 3.3 units (60.4%), respectively.
