MANDALAY – More bodies have been found in the collapsed Mandalay Sky Villa condo, according to a statement from the Myanmar Fire Department.
On May 20, the Myanmar Fire Department, along with its equipment, cleared and retrieved the remains from the (B) and (C) buildings of the Sky Villa building in Mandalay. The Myanmar Fire Department announced that the body of a woman was recovered from between the A and B buildings at 3 p.m.
Similarly, on May 19, the body of a woman was found in room number (M2) of Sky Villa Condo (C), and on May 18, the body of a man was found in the parking lot of B, according to the Myanmar Fire Service.
As of May 19, the powerful earthquake has killed 3,728 people, injured 5,104, and left 79 people missing.
As of May 19, 3,728 people have died, 5,104 have been injured, and 79 are missing in the six regions/states that were severely affected by the extremely strong earthquake that struck Myanmar on March 28.
