BANTING – A Form Three student at a secondary school in Banting was allegedly stabbed multiple times by another 15-year-old student in an incident on Monday (July 6).

It is believed that the suspect, who is also 15, had not attended school for several months and had been undergoing medical treatment.
Before the incident, the suspect was reportedly seen entering the school compound through the main entrance wearing a black T-shirt and red checkered trousers.
Details on how the stabbing unfolded have yet to be ascertained.
Following the incident, teachers are said to have calmed the suspect before police were contacted.
The suspect was later detained when officers arrived at the scene. Police also seized a knife believed to have been used in the attack.
The motive for the incident has yet to be established.
Kuala Langat OCPD Supt Mohd Akmalrizal Radzi has confirmed the incident and is expected to issue an official statement soon.
Several videos of the incident have since surfaced on social media, showing a teenage girl dressed in black walking around the school compound while holding a knife.
The footage also showed students running for safety during the commotion. There were also claims circulating online that the suspect was a former student of the school who had allegedly been expelled and had returned to seek revenge, although this has not been officially confirmed.
